The best thing about this apartment is that it allowed us, two senior citizens, to bring our small dog with us to this apartment that is less than a minute from Forsyth Park! It’s a quiet location and the apartment is third floor walk up, corner location with a lot of natural light. The building is quiet and the neighborhood is residential so it’s peaceful. The kitchen has minimal counter space and open shelves. We found it clean upon arrival and when maintenance issues arose, the handyman was over the next day to repair/replace/remove. There are two sofa beds in the living room and the king sized sofa is uncomfortable. The queen sized bed in the bedroom was restful. The HVAC worked well; the windows are all sealed shut with the exception of a small bathroom window. I found that the outside bistro table and chair set was unsettling due to the fact that the roof it’s placed on has a pitch (which is obvious in the photo, I was just hoping that it was more level). The apartment is reached by going up two long stairs, so be sure you are aware of this. We enjoyed living in Savannah for a month and being able to walk to so many places. Parking on the streets is always easy to find and it’s free.
