Steps from Forsyth Park-Parking Spot Included!

We stayed for nine nights and it was the perfect pace for us. been to Savanna a few times and this was our favorite place so far. Excellent location. Clean and cozy house.

This rental was located in the perfect area for walking to everything. The park is two blocks away and we were right by where the St. Patty's Day Parade started. A Kroger store is right around the corner making it very convenient. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and met some very nice neighbors. The home was equipped with everything we needed for our month stay. Beds were very comfy. Having an off street parking spot was great. Would rent this place again.

The location cannot be beat if you love the farmers market and walking Forsyth park. The home is historic and offers basic needs — a place to sleep and bare bones furniture in the gathering spaces of the house. A home that indicates it can accommodate 6 people should have seating for 6 people in the gathering rooms. The internet service was slow and spotty; not good for a work at home situation. The kitchen is small with limited counter space. I cannot say enough good things about the Cora Bett Thomas team, especially Lacey. The hot water heater was not working upon our arrival, some kitchen items were lacking (steak knives, cooking knives, there were only 4 coffee cups, etc.) and no vacuum. Lacey took care of procuring the items and getting them to us in a timely manner. If you only need a place to sleep, this home is ideal. If you plan to spend time cooking meals and hanging out in the seating areas, it lacks.
